Reservation process and cancellation policy

In order to make the reservation, we need credit card details (including number, expiry date and CVV code - three digit number on the back of your card, near the magnetic band). You will be asked to pay in cash at the reception when you arrive here, we do not charge your credit card in advance, unless you do not arrive at the hostel and do not cancel your reservation. Cancellations must be made at least 1 day before your scheduled arrival day. If you miss this deadline, we are entitled to charge the equivalent of the first night of your booked nights.
